Title: Account Managers
To help Nuvias UC on its further growth in the Benelux we would like to meet Account Managers who are up for a new challenge. You’ll be part of a lean and mean UC team but can rely on back office colleagues in the UK and later on in the Benelux. You feel confident with an indirect sales approach and are infected with the telecom / video virus.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- You’ll be responsible for maintaining satisfaction within our current customer base of Voice & video resellers and hunt for new customers to be on boarded in the Netherlands. You are the selling consultant to (hosted) voice resellers, Skype for Business / Teams systems integrators and Video & Collaboration partners.
- Works closely with the Sales Director Benelux to whom you report to and together with our vendor managers and the vendors itself.
- Work with all practices of Nuvias Group such as Advanced Networking and Cyber Security to encourage cross selling.
- Attend relevant industry events and trade shows with the aim of building the Nuvias brand within the UC market space.
- Provide weekly reporting on activities and forecast / pipeline progress.
- Use company provided communication and task management tools.
Skills & Experience:
The right candidate will have significant experience in building and maintaining close working relationships with (hosted) voice resellers, Skype for Business / Teams systems integrators and Video & Collaboration partners:
- 5+ years relevant manufacturer/distributor sales experience in the UC market space
- Higher level of education or proven field experience
- Fluent Dutch and Business English
- The candidate will be highly proactive, managing their own day-to-day schedule and tasks
- You will also be an adept problem solver and possess the ability to think strategically and creatively about how to apply their knowledge and experience to the changing UC market
- High level of communication skills and the ability to identify and influence key stakeholders
- And most of all you are a likeable person and fun to work with
- Experience with products / solutions from vendors such as Polycom, BlueJeans and Audiocodes, Skype for Business and Broadsoft.
